Spherical Ceramic Taoli Sand
Product Introduction
Spherical Ceramic Taoli Sand is a new type of casting sand with diameter of 0.020mm~3.350mm. It is ball-shaped particle made from bauxite by high-temperature melting in electric-arcfurnace, spraying and cooling with the characteristics of high refractoriness and low thermal expansion.

Applications of Taoli Sand

3. As a substitute for chromite sand for jacket core-making, oil duct core-making, tappet core-making of engine.
4. As facing sand for large steel castings.
5. As dry sand of sand box for EPC process and V method of casting processes.
